Priced for exactly what you use
ShareBri splits cost into clear layers, but most centers only need the two fees below — the rest apply only when you actually need more.
Software fee (BASE)
A fixed monthly fee based on active students — starting at 499,000₫/month. Always applies, non-negotiable.
Collection fee (Payment Fee)
Only applies to tuition processed through ShareBri — from 0.35% to 1.00% depending on volume, with the rate dropping as volume grows.
Credit, Enhanced, Implementation, and Enterprise are optional layers — you only pay extra if you actually use a lot of AI/messages, add advanced features, need custom integration, or operate at very large scale. See the "Optional add-ons" section below.

Layer 4 — PAYMENT FEE
Pay when ShareBri collects money for you
Fully separate from BASE. The larger your volume, the lower the rate. This fee only applies when money actually flows through ShareBri (split payment).

Formula
Total payment cost = Payment processor fee + ShareBri platform fee
Example: a center collects 500M₫/month via ShareBri → 500,000,000 × 0.50% = 2,500,000₫ in platform revenue for ShareBri. Payment gateway/processing fees are billed separately at actual cost.
Important note
Payment Fee does not apply to:
- Cash
- Direct bank transfers outside ShareBri
- Manual payments
- Invoices created on ShareBri but paid outside the system
